Self- Love

Fear
Fears are not gone by words,
Acting impulsively brings no lasting change.
What’s buried deep remains untouched—
Courageous is the one who observe.

In silence, it begins to dissolve.
Years of practice—this is what it asks.
In meditation, everything drops from the head,
And one falls softly in love with oneself.
That is the true starting point.

What is Wrong and Right
Burdens of guilt and debts,
Living in cages built of concepts.
It feels so hard to follow the heart—
What is wrong? What is right?
Close your eyes.
Let inner peace decide.

Jealousy
It’s a secret—don’t tell anyone…
When jealousy burns quietly inside,
Many stories are created by mind,
While pretend to be sweet and nice.
It may look like love,
In love nothing matters, love is beyond man-made concepts.

Commitment
My commitment to you would be a lie—
Let me be truthful; I will always be.
The only commitment is to myself.
Despite everything, I will follow my heart.
The river flows—with only one stopping point.
We push ourselves too much… and others too.

Poem

We are changing all the time—
And in accepting that,
I find myself more interesting.

Poem

Reacting might worsen the storm,
Suppressing brings silent harm.
I’m learning to recognize
The quiet strength in me.

Poem

Success, to me,
Is the growth
Of inner happiness.

In a blink, everything is done—
Then why does He make us work so hard?
When I was weak,
He pushed me to be strong.
When I became strong,
He asked me to be soft.
Years passed in practice…
Now I know when to be strong, and when to be soft.
And here I am—
Vanisha 2.0.
